Have you ever felt like you needed to calm your brain to help you focus or help you feel less nervous, worried or upset? Then Mindfulness is for you! Try doing some belly breathing, and taking a few deep breaths, listening to some relaxing music you like, or drawing or doodling. You might want to make your own glitter jar to help you relax.
